Typesetter / Tus Ntaus Ntawv
             - If anyone apply for this position, please know how to make the font and anything of the subtitle looks nice. :) You must know how to use the program "Aegisub". "Aegisub" is probably the best and most powerful Japanese subtitle editor ever made. With this program, you can make karaoke, do moving words, make the words fade and etc. If you have seen all the subbed videos so far, this is the program that does it all!

Encoders / Tus Neeg Muab Pauv
           - If anyone apply for this position, please understand the use of "hardsubbing". "Hardsubbing" is when you permanently put a video and a subtitle file together using a program. You don't have to do much, but try to use a program to keep the outcome of the new subbed video quality the best as it can. Please try to use HD (720p - 1080p) videos and keep it the best as it can when anyone watches it. After that you can upload it to youtube and update a download link for everyone to download on this website (recommend to use mediafire.com).
